Had a great massage today focusing on my neck and shoulders, which really needed some attention. They haven't felt so good in a long time. I loved the slow, gentle and highly skilled movements and marveled how someone, sometime, somewhere must have invented all these varied ways of manipulating muscles into letting go of their tension. Or maybe they evolved over a long time. I would certainly recommend Water Lily to anyone!
